A delicate and elegant style similar to a Sauvignon Blanc characterizes Monsoon Valley Colombard. Its light to medium body, crisp acidity, and complex aromas of citrus and green apple give Monsoon Valley Colombard a medium finished balanced by pure lemon and grapefruit flavors.
Ideal for sipping on a hot day or to accompany Thai dishes like spicy papaya salad (Somtum) or grilled pork strips on a skewer (Moo-Satay), Indian and Western dishes.
